Each shipment leaves with original manufacturer pack, lot labels and a certificate of conformance. Date code is stated on the quotation and confirmed on the paperwork. Mixed lots are not shipped unless the purchase order allows it in writing.

Traceability runs from the part number to the lot. If a buyer needs a failure analysis on a returned device, the lot record is the starting point.
